The Double Arm Sigma Mixer (DASM) is designed to ensure homogeneous and precise blending, with a maximum load capacity of 10 kg. In the Laboratory Line, it can be replaced by a mixer with a 5 kg capacity to better suit small-scale production needs.
The discharge system is simple and efficient, with a manual tilting mechanism that allows the operator to safely and quickly transfer the semi-finished product at the end of each mixing cycle.
Roll Mill
The three-roll mill is designed to produce soap flakes with variable thickness, depending on production requirements. A scraper blade system removes the soap from the rolls with precision and control.
The water-cooling system regulates the temperature of the soap at both entry and exit. The ability to pass the soap through the rolls multiple times improves product uniformity, making it ideal for the next processing steps.
Duplex Vacuum Plodder
The Duplex Vacuum Plodderis a highly advanced machine with a single screw, designed to guarantee perfect soap extrusion. The extrusion system includes both a perforated plate and a conical head, allowing for the production of pellets or bars.
The extrusion speed is adjustable via inverter, and the cone temperature is monitored and managed through a control panel.

Cutter
